Our very first pop-up! We focused on mastering our core offering: juicy, flavour-packed skewers. From tender chicken to marinated beef and Australian lamb, this night was all about dialing in what makes SIUYEH special.
POP UP #2 @ LAST MODERN EVENTS

To celebrate Lunar New Year, we expanded our menu to include festive sides like glass noodles, lotus root, and cucumber salad. We also gave away 3 gift cards to thank our early supporters for their enthusiasm and love!
This was a party! With a live kitchen and collaboration with the amazing XO team, we served our biggest crowd yet and got to meet some of our most passionate fans. Great food, great drinks, and great people — the energy was unforgettable.

Our most recent pop-up event! This pop-up gave us the chance to introduce signature cocktails to pair with our skewers and work in our largest venue to date. It was a fitting finale to our pop-up series so far, stay tuned for updates!
